This role is open to remote possibilities and other locations within the United States.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for guiding the B2B digital experience for Virtuoso's Network Access product line with a focus on improving our ability to measure financial, UX, media and product development impact. The role will work closely with product teams across B2C and B2B towards developing the latest Access customer engagement and measurement techniques.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Serve as a product leader, building, managing and executing a product vision, strategy and roadmap to support the goals and strategies for a product line primed for significant growth and impact on the broader travel and tourism industry.
  2. Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with business stakeholders and market/network constituents.
  3. Understand and stay current with travel, tourism and digital publishing technical and market trends.
  4. Be a key contributor in maturing the product organization. Mentor and help the team grow into positions of influence and scale and, in kind, be receptive to being mentored and helped by your peers.
  5. Partner closely with cross-functional consumer and network product teams to sell your vision and execute on it.
  6. Translate Virtuoso's product vision and business objectives into a new digital B2B Access product strategy in close collaboration with Strategy, Network Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Sales and Content teams.
  7. De-mystify digital media and distill complex analysis into clear presentations and communications with executives and partner teams across the company.
  8. Develop and refine processes to inject customer, advisor and partner feedback directly into the heart of the digital product design and development process and serve as the voice of our customers and partners for the digital consumer product team.
  9. Drive the analysis and application of data in the product development process. Foster and evangelize data-driven approaches to digital content, product, revenue and audience development.
  10. Collaborate with the Virtuoso executive team and peers to develop and model a strong, effective product culture and best practices for the product discipline.
  11. Launch products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-10 years of related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management: product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional PRDs and shipping high-visibility and complex products with high impact.
  • Experience in digital publishing platforms, experience and products.
  • Experience building and managing online advertising products, working in enterprise and/or consumer ecosystems and working with cross-functional partners.

Travel Requirements

  • Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events (1-3 trips per year)
  • Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international

Type & Nature of Contacts

  • Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with director level staff and above outside of the job's immediate work unit/department
  • External: Frequent contact with Virtuoso Members, Partners, and technology vendors during customer co-design activities (e.g. user testing, design sprints) and evaluation of third-party innovations/platforms and tools.
