Position Summary: This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating business processes in order to determine and implement actionable steps for process improvement and optimization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Collaborate with staff to evaluate work processes and identify obstacles to productivity and pain-points in work processes.
  2. Implement solutions that provide workers with easy and reliable access to the information and tools they need to work comfortably, quickly and produce excellent results.
  3. Define training curriculum for implementing new processes.
  4. Document operational processes and make them available for staff use.
  5. Translate effectively between technical and non-technical staff to create processes and tools that meet staff needs while maintaining back-office efficiency and data integrity.
  6. Review company systems and data to identify problematic areas and their sources.
  7. Meet routinely with various departments and committees to review processes and tools.
  8. Perform research and data analysis.
  9. Maintain Enterprise tools and systems.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of related work experience

Skills, Abilities, Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel usage
  • Experience configuring and customizing softwareincluding programming/scripting, troubleshooting technical systems, database queries, and associated best practices
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM use and the Zoho One Platform
  • Experience writing technical training materials and conducting educational sessions
  • Ability to learn technical tools and techniques quickly
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex information, problem solve, and make decisions
  • Forward thinking, curious, and creative
  • Systems thinking
  • Continuous learning and exploration
  • Strong communicator- oral and written, strong language skills

Travel Requirements

  • Travel is rarely required for this position (0-1 trips per year)
  • Travel will be entirely domestic

Type & Nature of Contacts

  • Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with clerical and technical personnel outside of the job's immediate work unit/department.
  • External: There is almost no contact outside of Virtuoso staff. Position is primarily internal facing.
