Position Summary: The Technical Implementation Analyst supports and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of system and integration activities for the Virtuoso Zoho implementation. This is a temporary position, expected to last for six (6) months, at which time it will be reevaluated.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Offer technical direction and work with the implementation team to ensure new systems, services, and functionality within Zoho are implemented accurately.
2. Collaborate with the team to determine the correct processes to support implementation activities.
3. Drive requirements and ensure implementation activities support those requirements.
4. Design, implement, test, and maintain integration and import rules and automated processes within Zoho.
5. Collaborate and cooperate with the implementation team and business stakeholders to define and develop requirements and processes to best utilize the technology platforms available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of related work experience
• Track record of successful CRM implementation and successful systems integration

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel usage
• Experience configuring and customizing software, including programming/scripting, troubleshooting technical systems, database queries, and associated best practices
• Proficiency in CRM best practices and reporting
• Proficiency in Zoho

• Experience writing technical training materials and conducting educational sessions

Travel Requirements

• Travel is rarely required for this position. (0-1 trips per year)
• Any travel will be entirely domestic.

• External: Regular contact with Zoho partners.
