Position Summary: The Account Administrator has an overall goal to provide administrative support that drives members in achieving annual revenues and engagement goals. This role will provide administrative support to the team, managing the day-to-day service and support requirements.  This includes developing and maintaining member and product reports and data, managing department communications and materials, assisting in scheduling team and member meetings as well as events, and providing overall administrative account support.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and account management support for team as appropriate. Manage and respond to questions/issues/inquiries from Members. Collaborate with team to align their growth and profitability plans with Virtuoso's sales, professional development and marketing programs. Supports member visits as needed.
  2. Participates in and supports the development and implementation of new members onboarding in market. Support the management of new members/branches to increase growth, understanding and engagement in the network.
  3. Proactive servicing to specified Members with a focus on engagement and ensuring Member Agencies are effectively utilizing Virtuoso resources, engaging with preferred suppliers, and participating in Virtuoso meetings.
  4. Member Communications:
  5. Support in the development and maintain documentation, collateral and presentations for member sales calls and events.
  6. Coordinate with team in supporting marketing campaigns and customized messages to agency owners/managers and advisors.
  7. Develop, manage, and maintain distribution list for all Owner/Manager communications.
  8. Represent the team on internal and member committees including managing communications, roll out plans, reporting and documentation as requested.

  10. Assist in developing Member Agency Business Summaries, Strategic Collaboration Process and recommendations to support the Member Partnership team in maximizing Member Engagement.
  11. Develops and manages reports and department databases to track Member attendance for Virtuoso events, member meetings, revenue, segmentation, contacts, and allocations.
  12. Support team in maintaining relationship with agency owners, managers and advisors in order to effectively communicate member needs to the Virtuoso organization.
  13. Actively support the engagement of members through programs such as focus groups, interactive sessions, and in agency meetings. Assist in conducting research and surveys with Members, and create supporting reports to provide information needed for developing meeting agendas and content, program recommendations and database audit.
  14. Provide feedback from Members to help Virtuoso departments adapt services, benefits, and products needed to fulfill Member and consumer needs. 

 

Requirements

  • College degree in Business in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of related business experience
  • Travel industry experience highly desired

Type & Nature of Contacts

  • Internal: This role supports Account Directors, Account Managers and the General Manager.  Key job contacts are primarily with clerical and technical personnel outside of the job's immediate work unit/department.
  • External: Majority of external time spent assisting advisors.

 

Travel Requirements

  • Amount: Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events. (1-3 trips per year)
  • Type: Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.
