Position Summary: 

The Account Representative, Professional Development manages Virtuoso's Live Webinar program, and the creation, planning and execution of curriculum-based training programs for assigned partner accounts, including live and on-demand learning components.

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.   

  1. Manage processes, implementation and results of Virtuoso's Live Webinar program.
  2. Oversee webinar scheduling, and pre- and post-webinar communications.
  3. Host and facilitate Live Webinars via GoToWebinar and troubleshoot issues, as needed.
  4. Advise partners on promotional content and presentation best practices.
  5. Coordinate all content for the weekly newsletter, including submission reminders, organizing promotional materials, and editing for accuracy.
  6. Maintain processes for uploading recordings to the travel advisor learning portal.
  7. Responsible for the timely execution, accuracy and integrity of assigned partner training programs.
  8. Advise on curriculum planning and training proposals for partner accounts, as well as best practices for content and presentation format.
  9. Project manage e-learning module production for assigned accounts, including collecting materials, reviewing content, and collaborating between stakeholders.
  10. Maintain partners' program resources and landing pages.
  11. Develop individual partner training reports and summaries.
  12. Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with partner contacts.
  13. Travel may be required.

 

Educational and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, sales, marketing, business, learning & development, travel industry management or related field
  • 3+ years travel industry or account management/customer service experience highly desired
  • Work history reflecting successful project management skills
  • High degree of familiarization with GoToWebinar and live screen share software
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, writing and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
  • Dependable self-starter with ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of HTML preferred

External:  Daily contact with network members and partners, and various vendors and contractors
Internal:  Daily contact with Virtuoso staff
